Function return the translated value of given term.

|**Term**|Term to be translated. If omitted, current language code (ENG, RUS...) will be returned.|
|**Default**|This string will be used in case translation not found. If omitted, in case of translation not found Term itself will be returned.|

**Remarks**

Function will search in MediaInfo.lng
